Back in time closer to the tradition
Back in time closer to the tradition, the harvest began 2 weeks ago in our vineyards. The low temperatures and the abundant rainfall of May and the weather variability have caused a slowdown and irregularities in the vegetative cycle of the vine: the delay in ripening is about 10/15 days.
Our harvest started with Pinot and Chardonnay grapes. This week we will be harvesting Glera grapes to produce the new vintage of our Prosecco Doc Treviso and will continue in October with the harvest of the native red grapes of Raboso Piave, a late-ripening vine. We look to the future with optimism and confidence.
